E Council
E Council, our online event and adult training registration system, is available 24/7 for your convenience. Register for events and trainings online with a credit card. It’s easy and secure.
If you can’t find the event or training you’re looking for, start by checking the calendars for all 5 offices, and then contact the office hosting the event for more information.
Important Information About the Registration Process, PLEASE READ!:
- Your Credit Card will be charged even if you are placed on a wait list. If you are not accepted you will be refunded. To be charged only when your registration is confirmed, you must fax or mail in the registration form.
- You cannot add to or change your existing registration online or your previous registration may be deleted. To add/change your existing registration, please call the office hosting your event or training.
- You will receive an email immediately after you register, this does not confirm your placement in an event, only that your request has been received.
- Troop numbers have changed since October 2007. Your new troop number has 5 digits in it and starts with a 1, 2, 3, 6, or 7. Click here for more information about how your troop number has changed.
- Independent Scouts who do not know their troop number should call their Community Development Director to find out what it is.

- Allow pop-ups from www.girlscoutsnorcal.org. If you click “go” below and nothing happens, look for a yellow bar at the top of your browser window. Following the instructions for allowing pop-ups from this web site.
To Register:
- Choose the office that is hosting the event from the first drop down list below
- Choose the type of event you want to register for from the second drop down list below
- Click on “Register on E Council!” Please Note: clicking on “Register” should “pop-up” a new window. If nothing happens, look for a yellow bar a the top of your browser window. Follow the instructions for allowing “pop-ups” from "www.girlscoutsnorcal.org"
- Navigate the calendar to the month the event is in and click on the event title.
- Type in all required information and click on “Submit Registration Form” Hint: to receive confirmation faster, please provide your email address and choose “Email Notices”
- Input your payment information and click on “Submit”
