Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits: Twenty percent (20%) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required with each reservation.

Request by Renter: Cancellations and refund requests require 30 days written notice prior to the first day of the reservation.  To cancel a reservation, please email property@girlscoutsnorcal.org.

No-Shows:  No refunds are issued for no-shows.

Cancellation by GSNorCal:  GSNorCal may cancel reservations due to site maintenance problems, site damage, errors in reservations or for other reasons.  GSNorCal will issue a refund for 100% of the rental fee.

Non-Receipt of Final Payment:  If final payment of all site fees is not received 30 days before the first day of the reservation, GSNorCal will cancel the reservation.  The renter will be notified in writing that their reservation has been cancelled. 

Reservation Changes: Any changes to a reservation must be made in writing to the Property Registrar at property@girlscoutsnorcal.org. This includes adjustments to arrival and departure times, extended reservations and cancellations.
